Three Services, One Focus:
Your Estate
Tuah Estate's practice is built around three distinct but complementary services — will drafting, trust formation, and probate administration — each handled with the same care and statutory rigour.
Back to HomeHow We Handle Every Estate Matter
Estate planning is rarely a single transaction. It begins with a conversation about your circumstances — your assets, your family, your intentions — and develops into documentation that should remain accurate and enforceable for years to come.
Our methodology prioritises thoroughness over speed. We take time at the outset to understand the full picture, because ambiguities in an initial brief are far easier to address before a document is drafted than after it is executed. Every matter is assigned to a named solicitor who remains the client's primary point of contact from first consultation through to final delivery.
Where a matter evolves — for example, a will client later requiring probate assistance following a bereavement in the family — we maintain continuity through our stored client records, so you do not have to repeat information already provided.
